PRIDE of Ticonderoga is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Grant Program Administrator. This position plays a pivotal role in our organization’s mission to empower our community through housing grant programs and related initiatives. Our grant administrators will work closely with PRIDE’s Executive Director and Grant Programs Manager to enhance grant administration, project delivery, and housing/community development.

Position Details:

  • 2 Positions Available
  • Full-Time
  • Annual Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000
  • Family Friendly Flexible Schedule
  • Health Insurance and Retirement benefits will be available after 12 months of employment

Key Responsibilities:

Grant Administration:

  • Oversee the administration and coordinate of grants with the grant program manager.
  • Ensure compliance with grant guidelines, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director to align grant programs with community needs and goals.

Qualifications:

    • Positive and Upbeat Attitude: A cheerful and enthusiastic approach to work is essential.
    • Strong Organizational Skills: You must be adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
    • Effective Time Management: The ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines is crucial.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience: While prior experience in grant administration, project management, or a related field is advantageous, we are committed to training the right candidate who exhibits the core qualities of punctuality, positivity, organizational prowess, and excellent time management.
