PRIDE of Ticonderoga is excited to announce a new opportunity for contractors to bid on our upcoming HOME rehabilitation project. This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to supporting low to moderate-income and senior families in our community. By providing essential repair and renovation services, we help ensure they have safe and comfortable homes.
Project Location: Whitehall Area, Specific Address Upon Request
Scope of Work: The project involves a range of home repair and improvement tasks, detailed in the attached scope of work document. Interested contractors are encouraged to review this document to understand the requirements and expectations.
Site Visit: For those wishing to inspect the project site before submitting a bid, arrangements can be made by contacting us directly. We believe a site visit can provide valuable insights for a more accurate and competitive bid.
Bid Submission Deadline: January 5th, 2024, at 12:00 P.M. Please ensure your bid is submitted by this date and time for consideration.
Bid Award Announcement: The successful bid will be announced no later than January 8th, at 12:00 pm.
Requirements for Winning Contractor:
- Provide PRIDE of Ticonderoga with current documentation and certifications for Liability Insurance and Workman’s Compensation.
- Acknowledge that there is no lead-based paint involved in this project.
