24 Nov PRIDE of Ticonderoga Request for Proposal – CDBG Home Rehabilitation (Willsboro)
PRIDE is pleased to extend an invitation to you to submit a bid proposal for Essex County’s fifth CDBG Home Rehabilitation Project. This project aligns with our mission to improve living conditions and enhance the quality of life within our communities.
The project consists of a component located in Willsboro, NY. It will involve home improvement and renovation work, including tasks such as roofing, flooring, electrical work, insulation, and safety/egress device installation. The exact details, scope of work, and specifications for each property can be found in the attached Request for Proposal (RFP).
We are committed to promoting diversity and inclusivity, hence, we strongly encourage Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE), Women Business Enterprises (WBE), and Section 3 firms to apply.
To participate in the bidding process, please provide a comprehensive breakdown of costs related to labor and materials for each project segment, as well as pertinent company details. Also, be prepared to provide copies of all necessary insurance, certificates, and licenses upon contract signing, should your bid be successful.
The deadline for bid submission is Monday, January 8th, 2023. Our desired project commencement date is negotiable.
