We kindly invite your firm to participate in the bidding process for home improvement and
renovation work on a ranch-style home. The work includes roofing, flooring, electrical, window
replacement, attic insulation, and safety/egress device installation. Details of the work and materials
are outlined below.
We are bidding these projects together given their close location. We strongly encourage
Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE), Women Business Enterprises
