Exciting Opportunity in Newcomb, Essex County: RFP for Home Rehabilitation Contractors

Join PRIDE of Ticonderoga in Community Revitalization!

PRIDE of Ticonderoga is pleased to announce a fantastic opportunity for home rehabilitation contractors in Newcomb, Essex County, New York. In collaboration with Essex County’s Board of Supervisors and Homes in Community Renewal for New York State, we are embarking on a transformative project made possible through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.

Project Scope:
 The project involves the following main repairs for a residential property located in Newcomb, New York:

  1. Roof Repair
  2. Chimney Repair
  3. Window and Door Replacements
  4. Exterior/Interior Side Entry/Mudroom
  5. Septic Tank and Line Replacement
  6. Safety/Egress
  7. Lead Clearance Test
  8. Permitting
  9. Contingency (10%)

Bids are now being accepted, and we encourage home rehabilitation contractors to get involved.
