PRIDE of Ticonderoga is actively seeking bids for our next HOME rehabilitation project. These projects help ensure low to moderate-income and senior families in our community can remain in their homes, have a safe place to live and align with our mission to improve living conditions and enhance the quality of life for families in the North Country. We hope that you will consider placing a bid for this upcoming project.
This HOME project consists of rehabilitation and renovation work such as a partial bathroom renovation, electrical work, window replacement, and safety/egress device installation. To participate in the bidding process, please provide a comprehensive breakdown of costs related to labor and materials for each project segment. The winning contractor should be prepared to provide PRIDE of Ticonderoga with their current Liability Insurance, Workman’s Compensation and Lead Renovators certification upon being awarded the bid.
