Invitation for Certified Contractors: Join the Approved Contractor List for Housing Initiatives
Summary: PRIDE of Ticonderoga, Inc., in collaboration with the Essex County Land Bank, is excited to announce an open invitation for certified construction and home rehabilitation contractors to join our Approved Contractor List. This initiative is part of our expanded efforts, supported by $4.7 million in funding, to enhance housing conditions through rehabilitation, emergency repairs for the elderly, manufactured housing replacement, demolition, and new home construction across Warren, Washington, and Essex counties.

Essex County’s CDBG Home Rehabilitation and Manufactured Housing Replacement Program
Washington County’s CDBG Home Rehabilitation Program
PRIDE Tri-County NYS Manufactured Housing Replacement Program
PRIDE’s Tri-County HOME Home Rehabilitation and Manufactured Housing Replacement Program
PRIDE’s Tri-County RESTORE Program
New initiatives for home construction and comprehensive rehabilitation projects
