20 Jun Request for Proposal: “Transforming Au Sable Forks: Downtown Revitalization and Innovative Design”
PRIDE of Ticonderoga, Inc. seeks proposals from architectural firms for Design Guidelines,
Feasibility and Reuse Study under the New York Main Street Technical Assistance Program for
downtown Au Sable Forks in Jay, NY. Proposals from Minority-owned and Women-owned
businesses are strongly encouraged. The project involves the evaluation and potential
transformation of 5-7 buildings in Ausable Forks, consultation with building owners, creation of
new Façade Guidelines, and approval of final designs through the State Historic Preservation
Office’s CRIS.
Submission Requirements: Detailed project approach, completion by June 30, 2024, statement of
qualifications with similar completed projects, a minimum of three work references, and a feasible
project approach within a budget of $28,000.
Evaluation Factors: Project understanding, approach, added value, management skills, timeline
appropriateness, qualifications, and references.

Contract Selection and Award: Based on NYMS award announcements around December 15,
2023. Deliverables: All project materials will become the property of the Housing Trust Fund
