RFP: RESTORE Rehabilitation Project 2 (Queensbury)

PRIDE of Ticonderoga is actively seeking bids for our next RESTORE rehabilitation project. These projects help ensure low to moderate-income and senior families in our community can remain in their homes, have a safe place to live and align with our mission to improve living conditions and enhance the quality of life for families in the North Country. We hope that you will consider placing a bid for this upcoming project.

This RESTORE project consists of replacing the front step and adding handrails, installing gutters, clearing waste drain pipe to ensure proper drainage, sealing previous A/C unit void, installing GFCIs to meet code, replacing fluorescent lighting with LEDs, and replacing compromised siding and fascia. Bid awards will be announced NLT Apr 13th at 12:00 P.M.

To participate in the bidding process, please provide a comprehensive breakdown of costs related to labor and materials for each project segment. The winning contractor should be prepared to provide PRIDE of Ticonderoga with their current Liability Insurance, Worker’s Compensation and Lead Renovators certification upon being awarded the bid. Contractors new to working with PRIDE of Ticonderoga will also be required to fill out a Contractor Application.
