PRIDE of Ticonderoga is actively seeking bids for our next RESTORE rehabilitation project. These projects help ensure low to moderate-income and senior families in our community can remain in their homes, have a safe place to live and align with our mission to improve living conditions and enhance the quality of life for families in the North Country. This RESTORE project consists of rehabilitation and renovation work such as a bathroom renovation, hot water tank replacement, GFCI upgrades, and smoke/CO2 combo alarms installation. To participate in the bidding process, please provide a comprehensive breakdown of costs related to labor and materials for each project segment. The winning contractor should be prepared to provide PRIDE of Ticonderoga with their current Liability Insurance, Worker’s Compensation and Lead Renovators certification upon being awarded the bid.
