Request for Proposal: Transforming Ausable Forks – Downtown Revitalization and Innovative Design
Summary: PRIDE of Ticonderoga, in collaboration with the Essex County Land Bank, is seeking visionary proposals from qualified firms for the transformative revitalization of Ausable Forks. This initiative aims to rejuvenate the downtown area, focusing on sustainable development, innovative design, and community engagement. We are inviting firms with expertise in urban planning, architectural design, and landscape architecture to contribute to this pivotal project.
Scope: The selected firm(s) will develop comprehensive plans that include but are not limited to urban design strategies, public space improvements, infrastructure upgrades, and the integration of green spaces. Proposals should prioritize economic vitality, environmental sustainability, and social inclusivity.
